With over 30 years of direct experience, Larry has managed full safety and regulatory compliance for 46 healthcare organizations simultaneously and served as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant for top-tier firms like Smith Seckman Reid (SSR) and TSIG Consulting. His work centers on helping healthcare organizations understand facility conditions, strengthen life safety documentation, and move compliance questions toward practical resolution.
