Sample buildings and compare the issued PDF, native source revision, printed copies, bookmarked links, project portals, and staff downloads. Confirm that each route leads to the intended current issue or is clearly marked otherwise. Ask users to retrieve and explain a representative plan. Track broken links, stale caches, unauthorized edits, and source-to-PDF mismatches as findings.
